A LIVE DESIGN
SESSION FOR
EVERY BUYER.

Codex is our immersive client design experience. Buyers sit down with the builder and shape their home in real time — moving walls, choosing finishes, and previewing the final exterior before the printer hits the slab.

It turns floor plan customization from a static menu into a conversation. Every change is captured, costed, and locked into the print program — no redraws, no surprises in the field.

  • 01Customized floor plans for every client. Builders offer personalized layouts within an approved structural envelope.
  • 02Immersive consumer sessions. Walk the home, change rooms, preview finishes — together with the builder, in one session.
  • 03Repeatable plan sets, one-of-one homes. Standardized base plans accept project-specific edits without slowing the schedule.
  • 04Locked to the print program. Every accepted change writes directly into the geometry that gets printed.

FROM FIRST CONVERSATION
TO PRINTED HOME.

The design experience runs alongside the builder's standard sales process — turning what is usually a constraint into a differentiator.

01
Pick a base plan
Builder selects from a curated plan set — entry-level homes, workforce housing, ADUs, or signature collections.
02
Codex design session
Buyer and builder configure the floor plan together — rooms, openings, exterior style, finish options — all in one immersive session.
03
Lock the print program
Approved geometry is written directly into the print program. No redrawing, no field changes, no surprises.
04
Print the home
The customized shell prints in a continuous session — every layer matches exactly what the buyer signed off on.

WHAT THE END
